After more than four years of research and development, the late nights, the visionary concepts, the meticulous detailing of components and systems has delivered us to this exciting moment.

Fabrication and construction for our first modular home has begun in our new production facility. In the first step of a larger collaboration with our talented partners at The Resurrection Project, we will install this home in the Back of the Yards neighborhood of Chicago. We are beyond excited to take this incredibly meaningful step toward delivering attainable housing to the hard working people of Chicago. Stay tuned!
